Acceptance of 3% discount and 30-day sight payment in return for increase in
your order We have received your letter of September 5 requesting us to give you a 5% discount and to improve our payment conditions (terms).
(Taking into consideration the high quality and advanced technology involved in our products, we must emphasize that the prices quoted are already our bottom level.) We would, however, be willing to give you a 3% discount if you increase your order for both the models by 40% each, that is, Model HRCP25 to 700 units and Model HRCP35 to 420 units. Moreover,
we are also prepared to agree to your payment made at 30 days after sight,
if you accept the above increase in your order. Under
the circumstances, we are confident
that you will find our new conditions most favorable, and look forward to
