Subject: Acceptance of 3% discount and 30-day sight payment in return for increase in your order
We have received your letter of February 12 requesting us to give you a 5% discount and improve our payment terms. Taking into consideration the high quality of our products, we must emphasize that the prices we offered are already our bottom line. We would, however, be willing to give you a 3% discount if you would increase your order for both the models by 40%, that is, Model HRCP25 to 700 units and Model HRCP35 to 420 units. Moreover, we are prepared to agree to your payment against a draft at 30 days after sight, if you accept the above increase in your order.
